BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M Lamara Distin set a world-leading and Jamaican high jump record of 1.97m at Saturday’s (30 April) Alumni Muster at E.B. Cushing Stadium.
Distin’s successful jump broke her previous school record and Jamaican national record. The sophomore became the fourth-best collegian of all-time and now owns two of the top 10 performances all-time.
