Natoya Goule and Danielle Williams were winners at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix in New York on Sunday, February 6.

Goule won the women’s 800m in 1:59.62 seconds, the fastest time in the world this year. Leading from the front, she was pressed by American Olivia Baker, who was only good enough for second in 2:00.33.

Danielle Williams’ victory came in the women’s 60-meter hurdles in a personal-best effort of 7.83 seconds after taking the lead at the fifth hurdle. Fellow Jamaican Britany Anderson, who was leading at the fourth hurdle, finished second in her own personal-best time of 7.88. Gabriele Cunningham, who had led at the third hurdle, was third in 7.92.
