Nicaragua, hosts of the NACAC Age Group Championships scheduled for 17 – 18 December 2021, was the venue of the inaugural CADICA U13 and U15 Championships over the weekend, 27-28 November 2021.
The competition, hosted at the track located at the National Institute of Sports of Managua in Nicaragua, featured 61 athletes from Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.
Not surprisingly, hosts, Nicaragua, emerged overall champions, having made full use of home advantage. Guatemala and El Salvador finished second and third respectively.

At the conclusion of the Championships delegations in attendance expressed their gratitude for and satisfaction with the Nicaraguan federation, its technical officials and volunteers for tehir excellent hosting of the CADICA event.
All are eagerly preparing to welcome their counterparts from across the NACAC Area when Nicaragua hosts the NACAC Championships in three weeks.
Campeonato CADICA U13 y U15 2021
Nicaragua, sede de los Campeonatos U13 y U15 de NACAC programados del 17 al 18 de Diciembre de 2021, fue la sede de los Primer Campeonato CADICA U13 y U15 durante el fin de semana, 27-28 de Noviembre de 2021.
La competencia, realizada en la pista ubicada en el Instituto Nacional de Deportes de Managua en Nicaragua, contó con 61 atletas de Belice, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras y Nicaragua.
No es sorprendente que los anfitriones, Nicaragua, emergieran campeones de la general, habiendo aprovechado al máximo la ventaja de estar en casa. Guatemala y El Salvador terminaron segundo y tercero respectivamente.

Al concluir los Campeonatos las delegaciones presentes expresaron su gratitud y satisfacción con la federación nicaragüense, sus oficiales técnicos y voluntarios por su excelente organización del evento CADICA.
Todos se están preparando con entusiasmo para dar la bienvenida a sus homólogos de toda el Área NACAC cuando Nicaragua sea sede del Campeonato NACAC en tres semanas.
