Are you ready to meet the Female Sport for All Leaders of Tomorrow?
The FLOT website is now live! Don’t miss out on an opportunity to learn more about the project and follow the Mentees on their journey to become the next generation of Female Sport for All Leaders. Find out about who the Mentees and Mentors are, what activities they will be undertaking, and how the project has been designed to offer development, empowerment and leadership to twenty women across thirteen countries in Africa and Europe. The FLOT website will keep you updated on topical news from around the world which aims to empower and inspire girls and women to follow their dreams and reach their full potential, inside and outside of sport.
The website will regularly update its Resources and News Articles to help guide and motivate you on your very own journey to empower women in your organisation, community and region. You can access resources such as Nike Made to Play and We Coach’s “Girls Coaching Guide” and learn from good practices such as the African Union Sport Council Region 5’s “Women Leadership Programme”.
The FLOT website has chosen this week as its official launch in celebration of the United Nations’ International Day of the Girl Child which took place on 11th October. This year’s theme is “My Voice, Our Equal Future” – check out the News on the FLOT website for further information.
