Asunto: Invitación para los Relevos del Campeonato Nacional Abierto de Pista y Campo Monterrey 2017
Apreciable Presidente/ Secretario General,
La Federación Mexicana de Asociaciones de Atletismo, A.C., por este conducto le envía un cordial saludo y al mismo tiempo me permito hacerle una cordial invitación para que los atletas de su país participen en los Relevos 4x100m y 4x400m en el marco del Campeonato Nacional Abierto de Pista y Campo, Monterrey 2017, que se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, del 16 al 18 de junio del 2017.
Los equipos también podrán traer atletas en pruebas individuales.
Esta Federación, en coordinación con el Comité Organizador, proporcionará hospedaje y alimentación a todos los atletas inscritos de acuerdo a lo siguiente:
Intención de Participación: Enviar desde ahora su notificación.
Inscripción nominal final: 30 de mayo del 2017
Entrada: El Hospedaje se ofrecerá a partir de las 16:00 hrs. del miércoles 14 de junio.
Salida: lunes 19 de junio de 2017.

Subject: Invitation to the Relays in the Mexican National Track and Field Championships
Dear President/ General Secretary,
On behalf the Mexican Athletics Federation, I am pleased to invite to your Federation to participate in the 4×100 and 4×400 Relays in the Mexican National Track and Field Championships which will be held on June 16th to 18th, 2017, in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, México. Teams will be able to enter athletes
in individual events.
This Federation, in coordination with the Local Organizing Committee will provide accommodation and meals to all registered athletes according to the following information:
Intention of participation: Send it as soon as possible
Nominal final entries: May 30th, 2017
Arrivals: Accommodation is offered from 16:00 hrs. on Wednesday, June 14th.
Departures: Monday June 19th.
